Updated 7/21/23 - let me just say the costumer service is top tier. They reached out after seeing my initial review. Sent replacements within a few days. The replacements are what I was hoping for when looking for an alternative to the Nintendo joy cons. No issues detected. *End of update*Tired of going through your joy cons because the L button decided tu stop working or you've got the dreaded drifting? These are great for the price.Of course they'll be compared to what they replace. Three things:1. The + button takes some serious pressure to push in. It's counterpart, the - button does as well, but not nearly as much as the +.2. The arrow and letter buttons are very clicky, but this isn't a big deal.3. The sticks are very tight. So much so, that it felt like there was a slight input delay from how much pressure you have to apply to move them initially. It should loosen over time.4. The RUMBLE! It's overboard. Way too noisy. Something to get used to.Overall, 4 stars. Would I buy again? I'm not sure, as I ALWAYS buy 1st party accessories. But if you're on your 3rd pair of these, I'd say save money and go with theseUpdate! 6/27/23 ***Only a few days after my initial review..... They've gone to the other side. They are failing to keep a connection with the Switch in handheld mode. They are essentially useless. They did not last even a week. Will be returning asap. The only two options now are to repair your old joycon or purchase new, as I wouldn't trust a pre-owned one.It was worth a shot I guess.
