This was a gift for a family member who decorates in horse decor. The light switch is by the back door that is right by the fire place. It is the focal point of the room. She had placed ship lap against that wall and somehow the old switch plate would not fit nicely. So they left it without any palate at all and this made me need to find something that would work. So I chose this. She also had received a vase that actually looks similar to this plate and a book shelf and side table in the turquoise color. The screws were not long enough but that would be because of the ship lap. I saw it installed yesterday and it looks so incredible with the other decor! It looks like leather instead of ceramic! She is happy with it and now it is safer than having just an open switch there. I did notice that there is a plug in down by the floor below this switch that is not covered either. So now we have to buy her the plug in cover! I highly recommend this cover. If this is your style, you will not be disappointed. It was shipped on time and arrived packaged well.Looks amazing!!!
