These things are expensive! Still, I give them five stars because they do everything a switch could do. They adjust for time delay, etc., and you can set them up to power up/down quickly or slowly. They have instructions that make it easy to set up and each time I use them, I feel I got a good value. I would caution the buyer to consider that these types of a switch have break off tabs and have a limit to the circuit load that can be carried, but the performance is robust. Still if multi ganging them, be aware of the rating provisions. Note also that there is a version, ELV, for use in low voltage circuits such as I used in the LED tape (24VAC) that barely draws two watts.
