This door lock switch looks and works just like the OEM part on my 2004 Malibu Maxx. Be sure to watch videos about how to get the plastic trim off the door to swap out the switch. I used it to replace the driver's door lock switch that was barely working. I'm very happy with it, but wish it were a little less expensive because I need another one for the front passenger door. However, I'm sure I saved a lot of money replacing the switch myself, compared to the Chevy dealer's charges.
